  5. After complete cooling the potato mixture.. Then make small size ball out of the mixture....
  6. Take the batter & once again mix it & add..ajwainn..crushed gin & garlicc..salt also...our chaka pitha batter is ready now..heat a pan & pour sufficient oil for deep frying.. take the potato ball 1 by 1 & dip in the batter(just like aloo chop) or fry it in the medium heat oil...
  7. After 2 to 3 min remove the chaka pitha ball in the hot oil...then press it with the help of ur palm or backside of a plain bowl.. for the chaka pitha shape....
  8. Once again deep fry the pressed chaka pitha in the medium heat oil untill it changes light golden colour..remove out it & place it on a tissue paper for extra oil...serve it with sweet & sour tamarind chutney....
